Ensure hair is about a quarter inch long and arrive with clean, product-free skin. Avoid retinoids and strong exfoliants for several days and inform us of medications or skin conditions when booking.

For best results hair should be roughly 1/4 inch (about 6mm). Shorter hair may not adhere well to wax and longer hair can be gently trimmed for a more comfortable, thorough removal.

Some topical treatments, especially retinoids, chemical peels, or prescription creams, can increase sensitivity. Stop these products for 5–7 days before waxing or consult our therapist to confirm safe timing for your routine.

Yes. Avoid sun exposure, hot showers, heavy exercise, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Use recommended soothing products, keep the area clean, and avoid makeup immediately after to reduce irritation risk.
