A professionally executed Rods set will not inherently damage hair. Our process uses a deep cleanse, steam, and hydrating products to protect elasticity. Damage risk increases with excessive tension or heat—our stylists use gentle techniques and post-care advice to keep hair healthy and strong.
Yes — you can revise bookings, but changes may affect pricing and required time. Contact us as soon as possible to update section size, services, or timing. We’ll confirm any adjusted checkout amount and reschedule appointment length to ensure your stylist has adequate time.
