Expect approximately 60 to 90 minutes depending on hair density and chosen styling. This includes consultation, color application, processing time, and your selected Curly or Straight finish. Exact times are confirmed at booking to fit your schedule.
Yes. This service covers up to two inches of regrowth and effectively conceals gray roots. Our stylists match your existing shade for a natural look. For heavier gray coverage or more extensive regrowth, a full color service may be recommended.
No. Steam lifts the cuticle and can alter color absorption and results, so our professional steam treatment is excluded from this service. You may schedule a steam treatment on a separate day to enjoy its benefits without affecting your color.
Our stylists perform a careful color match using professional formulas, but slight variations can occur due to hair porosity or past chemical history. We consult before starting and tailor the formula to achieve the closest, most natural-looking match possible.
Most clients return every 4 to 6 weeks based on growth rate and maintenance preference. Your stylist will recommend a personalized schedule considering your color, contrast between roots and lengths, and desired upkeep level.
Yes. The Root Touch Up includes our Hair Care Plus Style—choose from the Curly or Straight menu for a finished look. Please indicate your styling preference when booking so we can reserve appropriate time and products.
